All our neon signs are handmade with LED flex neon tube and acrylic backing. The new neon tube technology that we use provides a longer lifespan than original glass neon. LED Neon signs are silent, safe, and remain at room temperature. Our LED neon signs are low voltage. They are also safer because they do not contain gas or mercury.

You can definitely hang your neon outside for a couple of hours during an event. Alternatively, you can opt for an outdoor neon sign, that has a thicker LED tube. Also, we usually engrave the tube within the backing. For outdoor use, we provide an IP67 transformer which is water resistant. In terms of aesthetic, if you would prefer to have an indoor neon sign for an outdoor event, contact us for more details.

Sizing depends on several factors: feasibility, wall dimensions, budget, etc. It’s easier for us to create large neon signs. Why? Because we cut the flex neon tube. We will always suggest the most optimized size for us to be able to bend the neon tube efficiently.

Our LED neon signs are made with PVC tubing, LEDs, and acrylic. They are handmade in order to create your ideal sign, so you can choose your specific colours, fonts and sizes. Using PVC tubing allows us to create shapes of any size, and LED lights offers a wide range of bright colours to choose from when customising your sign. Additionally, the option of acrylic backings gives you the choice of thickness and can be molded to fit the shape of your neon sign or used as a backboard.

Our neon LED signs are set on a clear acrylic backing of 5 mm in order to keep its shape. Each neon sign is attached onto a clear acrylic backing, which can be customised according to your requirements. You can choose the thickness of the backing, as well as whether you want it to closely fit the shape of your design, or if you want it to be a square or rectangular backboard. Generally, we offer an almost invisible clear backing for all our signs. However, you can choose a black backing, mirror backing or UV printed backing. Moreover, outdoor neon signs are set on a thicker backing. We usually engrave the neon within the acrylic.

Our custom neon signs are low voltage, 12V. The neon remains at room temperature. Our LED neon sign has a lower energy consumption than glass neon signs. The LED neon is also called flex neon and brings about many more possibilities in terms of designs and colors.

For Neon: Once your design is approved and your order is placed, our team of artisans begin creating your custom neon sign. All our neon signs are handmade with the best possible care. It takes around 2 weeks to create and deliver your neon to the chosen address. The package is delivered against signature, so it’s safe. The package is also under warranty. codeWe also offer express options for creation and shipping. You can get your neon within 10 business days, or even less. We can ship and deliver to any US zip code and worldwide locations. If you have an urgent request, with a precise mandatory deadline, contact us so we can prioritise the creation and delivery of your neon. For Sneaker Led Light: We dispatch your order within 24-48 hours. We are using Hong Kong Post with a tracking number. It usually takes 10-14 working days for your parcel to arrive. Due to the sanitary situation, we also noticed longer delivery process of up to 30 days to some areas.

We offer a 1-year warranty for all our neon signs when used appropriately. Additionally, a 2-year warranty is available for outdoor signs During the period of the warranty, we got you fully covered. Any faulty sign will be replaced at no cost after receiving approval from our side. We need to confirm that the sign was used in normal conditions. (indoor for indoor signs, with the provided transformer etc.) After the warranty period, we are always here to help, whether it's to replace a transformer or troubleshooting with you over a video call. If the sign needs to be remade after the warranty period, we will apply a special discount for this remade.

Mounting your neon is very easy, it’s like hanging a frame on a wall. Here are the instructions: 1. Gently unpack your neon sign 2. Install your sign against a wall or from the ceiling 3. Use the mounting kit on the pre-drilled backing 4. Connect the dimmer (optional) 5. Plug your neon with its transformer to your standard electrical outlet 6. Your neon sign is ready to shine. Enjoy!
